Our Acquistion Services Guarantee Your Investment Return
If after 24 months of ownership of a property that we have recommended and secured on your behalf, the property is not performing as projected (and you want out), we will sell it for free or buy it from you ourselves.
Our Management Guarantee is Simple . . .
If within the first six (6) months of our managing your property, you are not completely satisfied with our Services, 7 Real Estate Management will graciously terminate the Management Agreement and refund an amount equal to three (3) full months of management fees.
We Perform or We Pay
Our Performance
It is really this simple . . . If we don't perform as promised, we pay you. It is our belief that if we are not performing to our Clients' expectations, we really are not deserving of our full real estate commissions and/or associated fees. It is an expectation that we apply to our daily business and an expectation that we carry to our team, vendors, and contractors. If at closing on a property, we have not performed at or above expected levels, we will reduce our Real Estate Commission by 1% of the total transaction price and apply that amount to your proceeds.
